The Hotel Magellan Inn is a unique six-room boutique hotel with swimming pool and gardens built on a 10,000 year-old ancient coral reef just over 200 yards from the nearest Caribbean beach. The employees’ cottage with laundry room has washing machines and dryers, a bathroom and shower, two single beds and storage facilities. Of the hotel’s entire 4,100 m2 (one acre), three-quarters (where the hotel, rooms, pool and private home are built) is titled beyond the 200 m zone, while the remaining quarter acre within the maritme zone has its survey and plan.
