Santa Ana, Costa Rica is a municipality in San José Province, about six miles from San José itself – in fact, it is part of the metropolitan San José area. It is one of the towns closest to the San Jose’s Juan Santamaría international airport in a semi-rural/modern urban environment.
Situated just beyond what some consider the more trendy Escazú, this smaller, alluring San José suburb is growing rapidly and is considered the hub of Costa Rica’s business community.
